Owntric is an automated equity crowdfunding portfolio tracker for investors. It brings together SEC-verified filings, valuation history, price-per-share updates, SAFEs support, and investor alerts across Reg CF and Reg A—so you can see your true portfolio value.

Owntric covers U.S. startups that filed Reg CF or Reg A offerings with the SEC from 2016 to present (6,200+ startups indexed), subject to our validation thresholds. We include companies with disclosed financials, valuations, share details, and—when filed—SAFE terms (valuation caps, discounts, and most-recent priced rounds).

If a company omits valuation or key financials, it isn’t shown. When some fields are unavailable, Owntric may use clearly labeled estimates (e.g., SAFE conversion scenarios based on cap/discount and the next priced round). You always see what’s official versus estimated.

Owntric updates continuously as new SEC filings post and as companies update terms. Turn on alerts for near-real-time notifications of filings, price changes, and key events. Track holdings by adding companies you own (or importing via CSV); deeper account integrations are on our roadmap.

All data comes directly from the SEC (e.g., Form C and amendments). No crowd-sourced inputs and no manual data entry—just automated, verified filings.

Track Reg CF and Reg A equity offerings meeting our standards, including common stock, preferred shares, and SAFEs (plus certain convertibles with sufficient disclosure). For SAFEs, we record valuation caps, discounts, and the most-recent priced round to estimate conversion outcomes when applicable.

Yes for SAFEs. Add SAFEs to your portfolio and we’ll track their disclosed terms. When a priced round is filed, we estimate conversion outcomes using the SAFE’s cap/discount—clearly marked as estimates. Convertible notes are supported when filings provide enough detail; where details are insufficient, we surface the limitation.
