Owntric is your private market dashboard—built for investors who want to truly know the value of their Reg CF and Reg A investments. We deliver verified financials, historical raise data, and valuation tracking, directly from official SEC disclosures.

Owntric covers all U.S. companies that filed Reg CF or Reg A offerings with the SEC from 2016 through April 2025—provided they meet our strict validation threshold. We only include companies that have fully disclosed key financials, valuations, and share details in their public filings. This ensures our database reflects real, actionable investor information—not incomplete or estimated data.

If a company omits critical details (such as valuation or financial statements), it won’t be displayed in Owntric. For companies that disclose valuation and financials but not outstanding shares, we use best-in-class estimation based on available figures, noted transparently on your dashboard. You always know which data is official and which is estimated.

Not yet. During beta, Owntric offers historical tracking, raise timelines, and detailed analytics based on public SEC filings. Live portfolio sync and real-time alerts are planned for future updates.

All financials, valuation figures, and company data are sourced directly from the SEC. We never aggregate from third parties or use crowd-sourced data. Our platform is fully automated—no manual entry, no data vendors, no outside estimates except where transparently labeled.

All Reg CF and Reg A equity offerings meeting our validation standards—including common stock, preferred shares, and select SAFEs or convertible instruments with full disclosures. SAFE conversions and incomplete offerings are not yet supported.

Not at this time. Our beta does not currently model SAFE conversions or convertible note outcomes. As more comprehensive conversion data becomes available in public filings, we’ll expand coverage.

Yes. The beta is 100% free for all users. Historical SEC data and portfolio tools will always have a free tier. Premium analytics and live features are in development.

Absolutely. Your portfolio and activity are private and encrypted. We use enterprise-grade security throughout Owntric, and your information is never sold or shared.
