• Owntric is a U.S.-based informational portfolio and analytics platform for private and early-stage investments.

• Portfolio Inputs: Any investment, company, or transaction data you manually enter, import, or upload (including tickers, portal names, investment amounts, share counts, and notes).
• Derived & Analytics Data: Estimates, projections, performance metrics, valuations, AI summaries, and other analytics generated from your inputs and from public sources such as SEC filings and funding portals.
• Usage & Device Data: Non-personal information about your device, browser, referring URLs, pages viewed, buttons clicked, session times, and general interaction with Owntric (for example, via analytics tools or product telemetry).
• Cookies & Local Storage: Owntric primarily uses essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session continuity, and site stability. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
• No Highly Sensitive Data: We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, bank account logins, credit card numbers, or other highly sensitive financial credentials through Owntric.

• Owntric has no obligation to independently verify data from third parties (including SEC filings, portals, or news sources) and does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
• You are solely responsible for validating any information before relying on it for investment, legal, tax, or other decisions.

• No Data Sales: We do not sell your personal information to third parties for money or for their own direct marketing purposes.
